Is there a free tier?

Yes — the Free tier includes up to 3 journey maps, 1 user, templates, manual journey mapping, and basic export. No credit card required. AI starts on Starter.

Do you support team collaboration?

Yes. Workspaces support multiple members with roles (owner, admin, member, viewer). Starter plan up to 3 members, Pro up to 10, Enterprise unlimited.

Where is my data hosted?

EU-hosted on Supabase (Frankfurt, Germany). GDPR-compliant; you own your data and can export or delete it anytime.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Free workspaces do not include AI. Paid plans use private AI routing for customer prompts and outputs according to the provider and workspace policy.

Can I export my journey maps?

Yes — every plan supports JSON, HTML, PDF and PowerPoint (.pptx) export. Starter, Pro and Enterprise also support custom branding with workspace logo and colors.

Does Customer Journey App support service blueprints?

Yes. Switch any journey to Service Blueprint type to unlock swim-lane fields per stage: frontstage actor, backstage actor, support process and physical evidence. The free Hotel check-in template ships with all four pre-filled so you can open it, swap your own actors and start.
