Share a read-only client portal

Give a client one tokenized link that shows every journey in a project, read-only, with no account needed.

Last updated June 11, 2026

The client portal is a tokenized, read-only page that bundles every journey in a project. You share one URL; the client sees the current state of the work without creating an account or signing in.

Availability

Client portals are part of the Enterprise beta. If you don't see the Client portal card on the project page, the feature isn't enabled for your workspace yet.

Enable the portal

  1. Open the project page.
  2. Find the Client portal card.
  3. Click Enable portal.
  4. Copy the portal URL. For security it is shown only once — if you lose it, regenerate the link.

Regenerate or disable

Regenerate replaces the link: the old URL stops working and a new one is issued (again shown only once). Disable kills the portal immediately — anyone holding the link gets nothing.

What the client sees

A project overview plus read-only views of each journey in the project. Clients can't edit, comment, or see anything outside the project.

Security note

Anyone with the link can view the portal — treat the URL like a password. Share it over a private channel, and revoke the portal (Disable or Regenerate) when an engagement ends.
